Shipping

*Some delays may be expected due to Covid-19. There are also some delays from VIC to WA as flooding has impacted road and rail access.

For Christmas gifts, please place your order before 5th December for guaranteed delivery

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Within Victoria please allow up to 4 business days for delivery. For all other Australian States please allow up to 8 business days. Signature on delivery will be required. For Express Post a fee of $9 will be charged at checkout. Please allow 1-4 business days for express deliveries.

International Shipping

Parcels are shipped via Australia Post. A flat rate of $25 is charged for any standard International order. Please allow 6-27 business days for delivery. Carrier rates are calculated at checkout for International Express Post. We do not currently ship to Europe.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To read our full refund policy click here

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at info@miimkids.com

When you receive your items please inspect carefully to ensure there is no damage.

If an item is faulty, we will meet our legal obligation which may include issuing a refund on the purchase price of the goods, or providing a replacement product.

The item should be returned within 28 days, with proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed. 

Please note returns are at customers expense. We do not refund due to change of mind.
